Parts of posters- Bottom parts.

Some posters but not all may contain the lengthy bottom parts shown below.
This is the most traditional format used simply horizontal at the bottom when zooming in more clearly it says the actors directors, release dates, institution logos and many more.

This one that I found had it positioned diagonally i a grey colour with the release date in bold black letters. I like the way this one worked as the light grey blends in with the white and the slogan, and although its there and takes up a large amount of space, it doesn't take up all of my view.

Again unlike others this had been positioned vertically and again is coloured in a light grey/white colour. Many film posters often have to have this piece of text at the bottom as a legal requirement even teaser trailer. Hence they do not want it big and chunky and so use light texts to make it less obvious.

From doing this I can now see how this operates and the font that has been used which is long people names such as the directors and actors are usually in capitals. And how the logos are silhouetted etc. Now when coming to mine i will know what to write.
